1. What are the ticket offices at the Caravaca Pilgrim reception center?
Pilgrim welcome center Lockers is the solution that allows you to store your personal belongings so you can enjoy your trip without worrying about anything.
2. What type of suitcases can you store?
We have only one size:
1) XL size locker, whose measurements are 82 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth).
3. How can I access the premises?
Once you complete your reservation, we will send you an email with a QR code that you will need to open your compartment booked.
4. How long does a reservation last?
The reservation is for calendar days, your compartment will be reserved for a period of 24 hours.
TICKET OFFICE SCHEDULE
From Monday to Friday:
10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30 hours.
Saturdays:
10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Sundays and holidays:
10:30 to 14:00 hours.
5. What does the reservation price include?
The payment is for the reservation of the compartment during the specified period, regardless of the volume of objects stored inside.
6. How many times can I open the locker?
Once you complete the reservation, we will send you a QR code, allowing you to open the door to your compartment multiple times during the contracted reservation period.
7. When should I make the reservation?
You can make the reservation online either when you are in front of the premises or when you plan your trip.
